Without official synopses floating around, audiences are walking in cold, and that's both the film's charm and its curse. What unfolds is a relationship-driven drama with comic flourishes, anchored by a pair of performances that do most of the heavy lifting. Poornachandra Mysuru brings a grounded, lived-in energy to a protagonist navigating the messy business of love, family expectation, and small-town aspiration - themes Kannada audiences know intimately and directors keep returning to because they work.
Aditi Sagar, meanwhile, is the film's secret weapon. She's got that rare screen presence that makes you lean in, and she finds layers in a role that could easily have been a stock love interest. Their chemistry carries stretches of the runtime where the script gets a little loose.
The narrative swings between gentle romance, domestic tension, and a few tonal detours that don't always land. Avinash Balekkala clearly has affection for his characters, but the screenplay doesn't always trust them to hold the frame without extra plot scaffolding.
